About

Lucy Bell founded The Independent Photographers Gallery in Battle in 2001 with her husband, the renowned darkroom printer Robin Bell (see www.robinbell.com)

In 2009 she moved to “the Portobello Road of the South” Norman Road, in St Leonards-on-Sea.
